The service was amazing! All of my friends and me who spoke Spanish were getting used to the city and the guy in the desk spoke Spanish too! We were so grateful for him!
I didn't get a pillow, but the beds were awesome!

Location and value great.
Booked 17 adults. Can't specify on booking.com male or female. I had messaged to confirm 17 male and had a confirmation acknowledgement. Ended up with 2 guys on the floor in our 2 rooms. Careful though as while I was there people turning up to canceled accommodation.

Have stayed here a few times and has a fair bit going for it. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the centre and it's a lively area in its own right. Facilities are good and staff are very helpful. Decent enough bar and can be a good place to meet people...
The biggest drawback are the upstairs bunks in the dorms as the pipe-like ladders are uncomfortable and not very practical for getting up and down. Also, the locks on the bathrooms have always been a bit 'iffy' and can jam when you're inside but never seem to be replaced or upgraded. One other change, this time, is that the kitchen no longer seems to be a common area and has been monitised for a paid breakfast, instead...

W pokoju nie ma nawet mini stołu, tylko dwa wygięte krzesła.
Nie ma na czym kanapki zrobić, czy picia postawić. Brak czajnika-to rzecz za kilka euro, ale nawet tego brak w pokoju.
