Nice and close to Narita Airport for our 1 night stay over.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus to & from the airport. There is a buffet dinner in the restaurant on the top floor, not much else apart from a convenient shop on the ground floor.
Big older style hotel with not much in it.

Good location and incredibly cheap for one night stay. They had a 24/7 convenience store which was well stocked.
Room was clean but the bathroom had hairs on the floor. Food was absolutely terrible, buffet dinner was bad but the breakfast was literally the worst I have ever had and I have had a lot of breakfasts in a lot of countries.

We chose this hotel because of its location, which is convenient to the airport and reliably served by a free shuttle (had we known about convenient train service from the airport to downtown Narita, we would have made more use of of the shuttle).
This is an older hotel that's clean and functional but could use some upgrading. Business hours for the gym (evenings only) and bar (selective days only) were not convenient for our stay.
