Not enough toiletries

Alex Hills Hotel has a lot to offer as far as fun ! There is something on every night to entertain you. I went to the Quiz night and a male dance revue and also went 10 pin bowling on the property. Never bored and the food was excellent.
House keeping could be improved, I was there for a week and I had to ring to have my bin emptied as it was overlooked , and my bed wasn't made each day.

Great staff, clean room. Would stay again
Good options. Adult sizes big, no option for smaller sizes

Liked the convenience and location, the staff were accommodating and friendly and easy to talk to.
I felt a little claustrophobic in the rooms inside, maybe it's just a personal thing but I like being able to open a window for fresh air.
I didn't like that there wasn't even a microwave for me to heat a meal up if I didn't have the ability to get room service. Which I couldn't afford last night so it made eating and preparing a little hard.
