Very good took and excellent host.

The receptionist was present most of the day, which made it so easy if we needed something, like new towels or coins for the washing machine.
The flat was newly renovated, so everything was clean and neat.
We got coffee and tea, which was appreciated.
Good quality bathroom products were provided.
Very centrally placed in Brixen, and parking in front of the house was great.
We had a huge balcony with persimmon and fig trees in front, which was amazing.
We liked everything about this place. Everything was as advertised and clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and efficient.
The only tiny thing was that they were renovating the house next door, so it was a bit noisy since early morning, but no problem if you have ear plugs. Then we didn't hear anything.

We loved the location, the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff.
There is no air-conditioning. In summer it is unbearable in the room. Even with open windows, there is no breeze. The room is very small. With 2x adults and luggage it is absolutely cramped.

"Very clean. Though the apartment is small but bus stop is just right in front of the apartment. The front view is very beautiful. The good thing is, it has a lift to bring up our big luggage."
