Great location great helpful staff, good food clean and comfortable

It wasn’t expressed to us, in fact we weren’t asked. that free parking was reserved for guests that book direct, all others use paid public parking. They have 11 rooms and 11 marked reserved spaces so there’s no reason to state the discrimination between where guests come to make their booking. Rather odd it’s mentioned at all

Everything was wonderful about this lovely hotel. Focus on customer experience was superb. Breakfast and food delicious. Fantastic location. Great bus route service nearby.

Some areas outside need a lick of paint. But this didn't spoil our experience. It's a unique hotel with charm

We were told free parking when we book this hotel and the staff from front desk. We have three rooms and two cars. The staff told us to park in the exclusive hotel parking area. She said both car plate has been recorded. No one told us there is any potential charges from the car park! We have been charged for 40 penalty after we checked out. The picture showed us that we did not pay for the public parking space which we were told included in the room rate. The hotel then replied us that rooms booked via their website is free but not for booking via booking.com!!! We would have pay 14 pounds to the car park if the staff tell us about it. We now have to pay 80 pounds penalty by mislead from hotel staff. Unbelievable experiences
