Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur

It was truly luxurious. Great ambience. Fantastic location.

Nothing in particular.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with modern furniture and fittings. We especially loved the lovely kitchenette, which was very convenient and added to the comfort of the stay. Staff were also very accommodating. The hotel is located in a great area, with KL Sentral nearby, making it very convenient for getting around Kuala Lumpur. The location, comfortable room, and modern facilities made my stay very enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur! and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location was superb, room was big and clean. The room had everything we needed and the hotel even gave us free shuttle ride to board our ETS Train back to JB.🙏The best was the welcome drink and a bowl of apples at the lobby..."an apple a day keeps the doctor away".😊👍👍

Maybe the breakfast menu can have more variety😉

Washing and dryer facilities. Staff friendly. Nice smelling ammenities. Close to KL Sentral shopping if you use the short cut of turning left at Starbucks into alleyway and lift up to level two - exit lift to your right and walk across carpark to walkway into mall.

VERY hard bed, and we couldn’t get an extra duvet for padding as they ran out until the next day, Dirty discolouration to ceiling. No ice on site. Kitchen draws etc slamming.
