We liked staff, especially Irene who helped us with hiking trip.

This was a beautiful hotel with impeccable service. The staff was so friendly and eager to help. We really enjoyed our stay! The in-room onsen was very nice, the free pastries and nice minibar drinks were included. The breakfast was fantastic. Above all, the incredible service and kind workers really stand out and turned it from a nice hotel to a wonderful vacation experience.

It’s clean and room is spacious.
The onsen bath is a bit small.

1. The doorman and counter is good which the luggage sent to the room in advance.
2. The welcome card is so sweet.
3. The hot spring's water flow is good to fill up the bathtub rapidly.
4. The breakfast is various and the service is perfect.
5. The doorman will take care of your luggage and put it in the trunk.
1. I don't see the water cooler on the corridor.
2. The TV's HDMI cable is drop from the machine in the room.
3. I suggest that prepare some bottles of water in the room in advance.
4. Please introduce the elevator could be use for the old or disable person in advance.
5. Put the sign to remind the customers where we should drive to and the parking space.
