Friendly staff was willing to understand me better, though for some employees English is not strong and they used voice translation. My room was upgraded to a bigger one for free after it turned out that room type in hotel's reservation system was different from the one in Booking app's reservation (it was smaller in hotel's system). The breakfast was tasty and various, though it was a surprise to see that no juice/soft drinks were not included.

I guess, this is not the issue of the hotel, but the issue of their integration with Booking's system, but somehow my room in the hotel's system was cheaper and smaller than I had booked. Luckily, it was replaced. Location of the hotel might be inconvenient for people with legs/heart issues, because it is located among hills and path to metro/bus/places around can be connected with quite steep uphills. I found breakfast coffee to be an area of a significant improvement.

The standard economy rooms are a bit small and connecting the hotel internet was clumsy.

Great staff. Very helpful and attentive. Room was basic but clean, spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent in the restaurant, tasty, well presented and a good portion size. Note that this is an alcoholic free hotel so you will need to find a local bar if you want an alcoholic drink. Great choice of hotel and I highly recommend if you’re on a budget and looking for a clean, comfortable, well located and affordable hotel with great staff.
