What a fantastic place! We had such an amazing stay and Fernando and his wife are excellent hosts!The view is amazing and nothing about it disappoints. We were there during whale season and from the large balcony we saw whales every single day! The condo is very spacious and the sliding windows are just amazing. Like others have said, the property needs a little TLC but the location and the condo are unbeatable.The bed was quite comfortable, a little on the firm side but not too firm. You are very close to the waves and hear them through the night. They are loud enough that we actually had to close the sliding doors to watch any TV at night. While no one else mentioned it in other reviews, there is a rooster that lives on the other side of the fence to the property that is loud and goes from 4:30 am through to about 5 PM. We wanted to sleep with the sliding doors open and listen to the waves crashing but after 2 days we gave up. We had to close everything and use the AC, which in March isn't needed unless you close everything. The host is trying to see if the rooster can be moved but not sure that is feasible. The beaches are also amazing. The condo overlooks a smaller public beach and the other one is larger and has loungers and palapas to sit under. The beaches were deserted and most days we were the only ones there. It was like we were on our own private island.The view from the pools is also amazing and watched the whales every afternoonWe would definitely return!

The view makes the stay!!

Fernando is an amazingly kind and attentive host who is more than happy to answer any questions. This apartment is beyond words beautiful. The view is out of this world. We loved the bedrooms being on opposite ends of the apartment, each with their own bathrooms. The common living space is large and comfortable. The balcony is enormous and overlooks the spectacular beach. Deep soft sand and clear emerald green, sometimes dark turquoise waters. The waves were fun to jump and ride. The other beach (west beach) across the lot seemed calmer for those who do not want waves. The staff were professional and friendly. The pools on site are very well maintained and warm. The restaurant was convenient. Stock up on groceries in town and settle in for a gorgeous and relaxing stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This property needs work and some refurbishment..location is perfect but to bad that the facility is not kept at a 5 star level
