The facilities were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. They were in a good location near the entry to the Whale's Tail and several excellent restaurants. A special shout out to Milena. Absolutely wonderful. Anytime we messaged, asked a question, or needed something she was on top of it. She even went out of her way to come to our casita and get us so we would have a chance to see the Toucans.
The pillows in the casita could use an upgrade.

Updated, clean and comfortable rooms. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The grounds are lovely and has a pool and a laundry room with free laundry and dryer that we used. Milena is woderful. There are restaurants and small grocery stores near. The beach is about a 10 - 15 minute walk accessed through the National Park ($6). We were able to use uber every time we needed a ride to the town and back no problem. We would definitely stay there again.

De tuin met zwembad was mooi en we hebben veel vogels gezien. Ook is de locatie mooi om Marino Ballena National Park te bezoeken en de walvis tour te doen (aanrader is Osamar)
Ook fijn dat er een wasmachine beschikbaar is (inclusief wasmiddel).
De route beschrijving via Booking is naadje. Je komt dan uit bij een supermarkt. Klopt niets van. Zie mijn foto voor de juiste locatie).
Er wordt tussentijds niet schoongemaakt maar je kunt wel van alles vragen wat je nodig hebt (maar je moet er wel zelf achteraan zitten).
Helaas was de weg voor het complex open gebroken. Helaas zagen we de reactie van de beheerder te laat waardoor we niet meer konden annuleren (maar ze hadden het dus wel aangeboden)
