Comfortable and clean, great communication with the owner, 10 minutes walk from the metro station and from the shopping mall

Very cleanly.
Young couple entering building when we were arriving with our suitcases were very unfriendly and suspicious. That made us feel unwanted. Owners' comments sent to us before arrival about not slamming doors, etc..., should have warned us that our reception at Bastien might not be welcoming. It's difficult being quiet when you are pulling luggage, and that again made us feel uncomfortable. It's tricky having a unit for guests in a building in which people live. Chairs were uncomfortable, to say the least.
