Good location
Tiny shower, needs TLC. Smaller body shower heads are broken and out of position. Does the job but if you’re not small built you are not fitting in there.

Location - amazing!
Friendly staff who were really helpful
Comfy bed.
Very clean.
Milk & tea/coffee provided
Nice comfy chair to sit on (why not two as one of us had to sit on the other small chair?)
Steep stairs
Small room
TV didn't work - we didn't find that out until 11pm and didn't feel it was fair to disturb the staff on a Saturday night
No heating turned on throughout the property, though they did give us a fan heater when we asked as it was really chilly. This did partly solve the issue but we didn't want to leave it on throughout the night (fear of fire hazard) and the provided blanket/quilt didn't quite make it cosy, I'm afraid.

We arrived late so we were thankful the host provided excellent check in instructions to get our key. The room was just want we needed - clean, comfortable, and safe. Additionally, the hosts allowed us to store our bags after checkout so that we could walk more freely around the town. They were so nice, friendly, and helpful.
