Staff very friendly

First of all, this hotel is never a 4-Star hotel!…. It may be 3-Stars…. Small rooms, with zero view!….though it is well furnished…. Breakfast was very poor, in terms of options & portions)!.. Staff didn’t seem friendly at all…. Specially the gentlemen there….

The location was perfect. The free parking was such an advantage. The staff was amazing.

The Jacuzzi tub I paid extra water did not get hot enough… the hot water in the shower was very hot, but for some reason, it did not work the same for the bathtub

The property has a nice design and looks good on the pictures. However the mattresses are very low quality and hard and my back was aching and didn’t sleep well for 3 nights. The lighting in the bathroom is insufficient if you’re trying to do your makeup or even have light in the shower. Location is nice close to the fun nightlife of Medellin. Breakfast is alright only, very limited choices and usually out of everything by 8.30-9 am. The lady called Arianna who brings you the coffee is a sweetheart and very kind soul.
