Azure Beach Boutique Hotel

The Property is Good and the Staff is too Good. But it is not suitable for Indians.

Only Short coming of the Property was that it does not have any Catering facility. Though they have a tie up with La Kaza but having the same Breakfast everyday is beyond Comprehension. They need to have more Variety and there should be a Buffet Breakfast.

There was nothing not to love. Great location and friendly staff! ​We had a wonderful stay at Azure Beach Hotel! The location right in the heart of Grand Baie couldn't be better—everything from local restaurants and shops to the beach is just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming throughout our stay. They were especially accommodating in granting us both an early check-in and a late check-out at no extra cost. ​Breakfast was decent and got our day started off right, though adding a wider selection of fresh fruits would make it even better and more wholesome. Overall, excellent value for money, and we’d gladly stay here again!

Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like! If I had to pick one minor detail, the flooring & the loungers on the balcony could use a touch of light refurbishing, but that was definitely not a dealbreaker for us. Everything else—from the staff to the location—was top-notch.

Starts with the lady from the reception who was really nice, to the hotel itself, where we did not found any dissatisfactional thing. The room was big, with a noce view to the ocean and to splendid sunsets. The breakfast was good, but only two options to choose, being served on the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. Was so clean and confy, the housekeeping was cleaning the room each day and changing the towels.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The hotel has an really good restaurant, and the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the overall facilities and service do not meet the standards of a four-star hotel. The breakfast was also below our expectations—the selection and quality could be significantly better for a hotel in this category.

We stayed on the third floor. During our stay, the weather was rainy, and water began leaking from the ceiling directly onto the bed. After we informed the staff, the only thing they did was replace the bed linen. We were neither offered another room nor provided with an adequate solution, so we had to find our own way to sleep without the bed getting wet again. Fortunately, it rained for only two days, but such a situation and the lack of proper assistance are unacceptable for a four-star hotel. The excellent restaurant and spacious rooms made a positive impression, but the disappointing breakfast and the inadequate response to such a serious problem negatively affected our stay.
