Great stay in Tulum - 10 minute walk into town. Friendly staff, good restaurant, large and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Lovely pool and the surrounding gardens are very nice! Would stay again!

Everything was fantastic. Great location, close to the town. Quiet, beautiful hotel like illustrated on the pictures. Brilliant service. Luis was excellent.,

Nice garden
Uncomfortable beds and only one of the rooms had air conditioning. It was very hot and the kids struggled to sleep due to the heath and hard beds. There was very low water pressure in the shower. We booked an apartment with kitchen, however, the kitchen only contained 2 plates even though we were 4 people. The cutlery was dirty. But luckily we brought our own set of plates and cutlery.
