Lovely garden and pool area and only 50m from the beach. The room itself was great, and there were lots of little touches that had been well thought out for a stay by the beach and also scrupulously clean. Aircon and mosquito net also provided. Amji was a great host and breakfast at Leo's Cafe on site was excellent. The resident family pets are also there to keep you entertained 🐕🐈. I would definitely stay her again if I went back to Nilaveli.

Short walk to the beach and the hotel organised the pigeon island snorkelling. Great to grab dinner and drinks a short walk away on the beach. Pool was lovely and the breakfast was nice.
The furniture and the owners looking a bit tired.

The pool was pleasant.
Overall we were disappointed. Property felt a bit run down, not very clean in the room and the bathroom had a broken tap and very poor shower pressure. The place is not as close to beachfront as we had thought - a walk down the lane to reach the beach and no sunbeds. Luckily the friendly hotel on the beach let us use theirs.
