Great location, very clean and loads of space. Very comfortable.

The location was perfect. Central to everything.

Didn’t realize had no AC. That was my fault Also we had to climb about 20 steps to get to the elevator without luggage It was so hot due to nonAC. The fans they provided were old and noisy. Asked to get a replacement but was advised they didn’t have one. It was hard to sleep between the fan noise and the heat

The location is great. The apt is very cute and we loved the balcony.

There wasn’t enough coffee provided and there hairs in the big pot. I didn’t use the pot so they are likely still in there if the kitchenware doesn’t get cleaned by the cleaners as a standard cleaning measure . There are also No Hooks to naming anything which is inconvenient. Lastly there was a cockroach in our bathroom but I can’t fault them completely for that - it happens

The location, the view from the balcony and the size of the apartment

- not very clean - no coffee pods, no sponge for the dishes and no kitchen paper/napkins (we had to buy all that) - no air conditioning, the two fans provided are not very useful and super dusty and noisy - very basic furnishings: for example no hooks in the toilets for the towels or clothes rack in the apartment. It’s little things that wouldn’t cost much but would make a difference - we were sent the wrong door code and had to call the the assistant when we arrived For the price paid, I don’t think it was worth it and I would look to book somewhere else next time
