Staff at the property were great and very helpful - in particular Hue at the front desk who helped me with booking taxi to airport and ensuring I had enough VND! Thank you.
While located away from main tourist area - it was very easy to grab a cab at little cost.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a good amount of space for my needs. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for four nights. The towels were soft and clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

Thankyou to the door man Duke for the recommendations and kindness. The buffet breakfast is exceptional, the room is very clean and comfortable. The day spa is beautiful and was cheaper compared to other local massage places that were not nice. The pool is clean and restaurant food is nice. The gym is also great equipment and has the most incredible view. The location wasn't great but it was quiet and away from yhe hustle and bustle of busy hanoi streets
The location isnt the best for walking but close enough to things by scooter or car.
