About the hotel, nothing. All was perfect. About the town, that every store closes early

Location was good. Our room was in the "new" section with a view out over the Atlantic Ocean, the pier and Tugs Restaurant. Breakfast was fine - you would be hard pressed not to find something to eat for breakfast. The hotel is located not far from the centre of Swakopmund - easy walking distance.
Not really a "dislike", but the fridge and sink were located outside the room in a common area with the adjacent room - each room has a fridge and a sink to themselves, but it was a little strange to step outside the room to get to the fridge, and in essence, anyone staying at the hotel could have accessed the area. We had not come across that arrangement previously in a hotel.

Close to main center
Rooms smelt funny, felt run down, sticky … needed a refresh. Bfast also a bit ordinary.
