Very well located and walking to old town and tourist hub
Parking not too difficult to find in area - free
Very safe and secure location and good privacy
Kitchenette is reasonably stocked with utensils for basic food prep
Bed was quite comfortable
Very friendly lady assisted us to enter and explain everything
The entry tunnel to the unit feels incomplete and unfinished.
The unit feels a bit like a dungeon as it is lower than ground level
Weeds and no garden maintenance at the entry feels unkept

"Lovely, quiet part of the old city of Angers. The apartment was delightful and we were met by the owner, who was so helpful and friendly."
