Charming building with comfortable library to relax in. Breakfast was good and made to feel very welcome.
Our room faced the main road so there was some traffic noise. Our toilet was small, close to the bed and not very well insulated!

Cosy, family run, good location, easy parking
As it is quite an old building there was a gap under an external door that let in a draught. Put some things in front of it. Water pressure not great.

Friendly staff with a heritage feel. Good proximity and to Blackheath centre.
The older heritage feel was lovely and but the bathroom in the room was simply old and is definite need of some work. At $300 a night, I want a toilet without black all around it and the mirror to be clean.
