We booked it in the last minute because we had problems with the previous apartment we booked and we needed quickly another option. We were really relieved to end up in this place, the staff was kind and helpful and the room was great: spacious, comfy beds and clean. Good restaurants nearby

the apartment is well designed, very peaceful, nice and comfotable. everything are perfect! (bed, kitchen, coffee, bathroom) location is close to Cologne university, it is easy to reach by train (train station is near the apartment building) and not far to the downtown, you can alwo walk about 20-30 mintues to downtown.

The apartment is perfect for a family of four. It is self check-in so it’s easier and faster. The room is really clean and it has so much to offer. There is a place to cook, eat, fridge and even coffee machine to use for free. The price-quality ratio is really high, it even exceeds my expectations. Good location, just in front of a tram station.
We couldn’t close the curtains properly and you can see everything from the outside, which was a parking space. Apart from that, it was all good.

The rooms do not have Air-Conditioning and heat up a lot during the day. There is a big street outside of the window which makes it not possible to keep the window over night. Might be a fine hotel in winter but cannot recommend it in summer
