Ibisbird Beach Bungalows, Sport, Spa and Restaurant

The location right on the beach is lovely. The staff were always helpful. There is parking available.

The whole bungalow is just a bit worn out. We overlooked the fact that there’s no air conditioning and there’s only one fan. Because of that, it was extremely hot at night. The power also went out several times, which meant the fan stopped working too. All the windows are open at the top, so it’s very noisy; turning on the lights in the evening isn’t a good idea because the place gets swarming with insects. Lying down or sitting outside wasn’t pleasant either, since you’d be swarmed by flies within seconds. The bathroom is extremely run-down, and the showerhead doesn’t work. On top of that, there was construction going on next to our bungalow, which is why we decided to leave early.

We had a fantastic stay here. We got upgraded to a beach view room, and extended out stay twice because we loved it so much! Right next to a stunning beach, spacious clean rooms and friendly staff. Such good value for money as well, would definitely recommend :)

Everything was great

Excellent location with a beautiful secluded beach to enjoy and great restaurants nearby.

The positive was the double day beds on the sand. Great to relax and what the waves and time fly.

There are 3 ocean view rooms, sadly the one we got was behind the main one. Wife was very disappointed as that was the only reason we booked here. Someone was banging outside EARLY in the morning. Only a fan but the sheets on the bed where not cotton, assuming Polyester which made it difficult to sleep as it became hot lying on the bed with virtually nothing on. Got up for a cooling shower during the middle of the night.
