Cliff at Lyons

The Cottage we stayed in, Turrets Cottage was excellent. Everything you could want or need was in it and it was really cool and quirkey, our kids and dog loved it as did we.

The bar area above the resturant is not a nice place to have a drink, very loud noise from the resturant and zero atmosphere. Considering the excellent interior decor everywhere else, the resturant and bar area are not very welcomming.

Fabulous location and layout , a wonderful chilled atmosphere . Accommodation was luxurious , dinner and breakfast to a very high standard and staff very welcoming

Nothing Will be back

Like a little village and the pantry is a cute spot to hang out. Property is very well maintained and cosy. Has a Cotswolds feel to it.

I think the spa relaxation area could do with a refresh, as well as some attention to the drinks menu, and reception area above the restaurant as it’s lacking atmosphere.

Always love to stay at Cliff at Lyons as it is a very special place. The spa, the rooms, so luxurious and perfect.

Upon arrival back to our bridal suite, our luggage went missing. I was informed that I (the bride) should call all my guests to find out where my luggage was. I contacted someone at (my) wedding reception to ask. After 2 hrs no sign of the bag. I was the one who located my own bag the next morning. My spare pair of bridal shoes are still missing. Also, my brothers belongings all went missing in the changeover of the rooms- including a suit bag with an expensive shirt & tie. We still have got no email from the hotel to explain or apologize for losing my brothers stuff.
