Quite, big rooms with excellent service. As well restaurant was really top!

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to thank Front Office Duty Manager Mustafa Topal. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference during my stay. Thanks to him, I truly felt at home. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his positive attitude reflects the highest standards of customer service.

room is overpriced, just 2 tiny PLASTIC water bottles in the room, NOTHNIG else, breakfast was not included, taemplozees on the reception announced me a breakfast price that was higher as I would have had to pay, if i booked it online, which was also to high 18 per person, but they told me it would be 32 per person, the room does not have a normal showerm but just a bathtube zou have to step over. on the next day, the lady at the entrance, that was dispatching taxi services, was pushy and obvoiusly a bit arrogant in my ezes, All in all, from what I have expereinced and seen in other 5 star hotels, this one does not deserve the fifth star.
