The location is pretty great as the metro station is right across the street. The rooms and washrooms were very clean. The lounge room is great if you want to work.
For me, everything was good, no complaints as such.

Staff were really friendly and the hostel is very quiet and relaxed.
Room was decent size which had lockers and also space under bed for me to put my suitcase in.
Nice outside deck area to sit and have coffee and breakfast.
Excellent location and price and just opposite train station with greater access to city centre
Two bathrooms only and no separate toilet, was a bit of a queue in the morning so you needed to time it well.
No luggage storage, they have a souvenir shop nearby you pay 5 euro to store it.

Love coming to stay here, very friendly staff, super quite and clean and great value for money. Love the balcony and the kitchen has everything you need with a supermarket within 3 mins walking up the road.
Nothing, it's wonderful, have stayed here many times and will return again the next time I'm in Lisbon. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of but I'm being very picky here, is that the check in is by reservation only, and you can't store your bags so it makes it a little tricky if you arrive early. But again, just being picky.

Location is good. Availability of kitchen with free tea and coffee is a good bonus. Staff is very friendly. Comfortable bed.
The walls are dirty and the room seems to need some renovation. The hairdryer had very poor airflow. Water was not hot in the bathroom. The other residents were noisy until late at night and used the kitchen after midnight despite this being restricted.
