Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort

The staff is very professional and kind, and they are looking after every guest's needs individually. There is great attention to detail in every part of the resort and every aspect of your stay. The spa has very skilled staff. I highly recommend the massages and hydrobath; they were very beneficial for my back issues.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Hotel Stay! We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended — we would love to come back! ❤️✨

We love everything except the weather 😌

Everything was superb. The spa center is mindblowing, the beach is excellent, the food is exceptional. Would come back

I had an accident on my way to the gym. I slipped on a wet floor that had just been mopped. Fortunately, I was lucky to get away with only a few bruises. I immediately raised my concerns with the staff and questioned why the floor was being mopped while the gym was open and patrons were expected to be walking through the area, rather than carrying out the cleaning before opening or at a time when there was less risk to members. I was fortunate not to sustain a serious injury, but the consequences could have been much worse — for example, a broken bone or other significant injury. Had that occurred, I would have considered taking legal action. I do not believe the incident was handled appropriately, particularly given the potential safety risk. I would like the hotel to explain what procedures are in place for wet-floor cleaning during operating hours and what measures will be taken to prevent a similar incident from happening again.
