I loved the facilities, excellent service, and supportive staff. The hotel's convenient location, with many places easily accessible nearby, was another highlight.
One area that could be improved is the bathroom facilities. The bathrooms do not have a handheld bidet spray (shattaf), and guests are expected to rely on toilet paper only. Providing a bidet spray would make the stay more comfortable and convenient.

Great service especially Leon, the concierge. Room cleaning, very frequent and breakfast great. We will come back

The hotel is in a perfect location, exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Honestly, it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the fact that they allowed us such a late check-out was absolutely amazing — it was probably the nicest thing that happened to us during our stay.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was fantastic. The room was well designed and very comfortable
The meal in the Char Grill was disappointing. Poor quality food and poor service. We waited almost one hour to get our drinks order despite there being hardly anyone in the restaurant.
