100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. Always able to help and willing to give suggestions for new places to explore. Very nice rooms and hotel located only 10 min. walk from the old town. Got a balcony without paying extra for it.

Our room was excellent, cleaned every day, all the staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a great location for the metro with quick easy access to and from the airport plus all the local attractions.
We had a problem with the aircon not working one morning and it was sorted by the time we returned to our room, reception left us an apology note with two Pastel de nata. 😋
We’ll be staying again if we return to Lisbon 🇵🇹

Location and service from staff faultless.
A small coffee station in the room would be great.

Clean, had what we needed.
The picture of the room from the listing was very different to what we got.
