Mostly everything was good!
I heard all of the noises people in other rooms made because the walls are very very thin (I recommend leaving some earplugs for guests with light sleep) but other than that amazing!

The accommodation is at a perfect location, easy stroll to Vatican and near a metro station. It is impeccably clean, spacious, with a big balcony. Very pleasant check-in experience, contactless, and even allowed to go in a few hours earlier, which was very convenient. No doubt about the next reservation - already booked for a weekend in a month.

This is a great room in a really nice and safe neighborhood just far enough away from the traditional tourist areas to make you feel like you are "one of the Romans". The neighborhood is full of businesses that locals rely on for their day-to-day needs and is still convenient to the other tourist areas of the city, so you get the best of both worlds. The room itself was large and there was plenty of space for all of our luggage.
The walls are thin and we could hear the conversation that the person in the room next to us was having. Luckily their conversation did not last late into the evening. Also, there doesn't appear to be a way to get out of the main gate of the property without a key, which would seem to make it difficult to check out very early in the morning, so be sure to clarify this with the host if you are a solo traveler planning to check out early in the morning or late at night.

Very clean! The Cipro station is very close and well connected to all the main places. 10/10.
Sometimes the hot water didn’t work properly, and it was a bit difficult to arrive the first time.
