The road

All Staff were very friendly, polite and attentive. The room was lovely. Spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Lovely balcony and views. Nice enough breakfast. Good snorkelling from the beach, saw a turtle one day. Quiet location. Good quality furnishings. Lovely pool area. Not a big hotel, so plenty of room to use the lovely facilities. Great Waroeng next door. Also, a good Italian restaurant close by who deliver as well. 10 min walk to Japenese Wreck. 20 min to a decent supermarket. I believe the hotel take orders for any shopping needed and get it delivered for you.

Breakfast could be improved by adding fresh fruit as a side or toast.It was nice but a bit underwhelming for this type of establishment. Room no.3 is located right next to reception and the breakfast area so we were impacted by noise and some balcony privacy . I would say that this room should have a discount for the inconvenience the guest puts up with.

We liked the pools and the view of the Beach & our room was good. Ibus doesn't do dinner, but we had good dinners at a couple of neighbouring restaurants that we could walk to.

Some of the staff weren't as friendly as all the other places we stayed on our trip. We ate lunch here one day and it was pretty average - they don't really cater to special diets very well. The access road in either direction was some of the worst we found around Bali.

A little far from town centre but that is also its charm
