The apartment had all the facilities that we required. It was very clean and spacious. Close to the sea, restaurants and ideally located close to 2 tram routes.
Early weekday morning traffic noise, although that's to be expected in a city. The double bed could have been slightly larger. There was space for a king size in the bedroom.

Die Lage, schnell mit der Straßenbahn in der Stadt und in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Fenster sind etwas undicht.

Great and clean appartement in a good location. You can walk into the city center or take the Tram, you have different options just around the corner. It´s just as advertised, very nice. We arrived around 23h and it was not a problem, we appreciated that a lot.
There is no A/C but a Dyson fan, that worked good for us. It was needed since the appartment is quite warm. And the street is busy, so we didn´t leave the windows open. It was totally fine and we were happy for the fan :-)
We would come back anytime!
If we had one little thing to wish for, it was more towels. There was an extra set, so we used it. Since there is a sauna , 3 towels per Person would`ve been perfect. As I said before, just a side note to a nice appartement.
