Riad Zaki Marrakech

As an experienced traveler visiting Marrakech for the first time, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Riad Zaki made my first visit memorable, easy, and wonderful. The host, Houda, was by far one of the sweetest hosts I’ve ever met. She made me feel genuinely welcome and at home, checking daily that I had everything I needed and going above and beyond to help, including arranging a hammam experience when my original booking fell through. The spacious, spotless room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, and perfectly organized airport transfers made everything effortless. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the cleaning team did a fantastic job. Houda’s recommendations were also incredibly helpful. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to transportation - a rare find in Marrakech - and the riad offers outstanding value for money. I’m so happy I found this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Loved everything about this place. The room, staff, facilities, location, breakfast, was all incredible and they were super accommodating to our late check in time.

Only thing to consider is that there is no key to the main entrance, it is always staff (24hr reception) that will let you in upon request. It wasn’t never a problem but it’s just

Room especially beds very comfortable. Some of the staff were really helpful and sociable.

Breakfast was pretty awful. Tea and coffee undrinkable. Spa hadn’t opened yet we weren’t advised. Booked into the spa without realising we’d be sent elsewhere. Treatments were ok but pool too cold to swim and dirty. No changing rooms and pool area was a staff thoroughfare. Misled on other excursions obviously just to get a sale. Don’t get the hotel to arrange airport transfers. You’ll be left at the airport when you arrive and you’ll miss your flight on the way home.
