Make no mistake about it. The hotel is fantastic. It's like any other big brand hotel. The Holiday Inn is nowhere near the standard of this hotel, as an independent operator they paid attention to details. Rooms are well kitted, spacious, comfortable. Nice coffee provided, AC. TV. Channel with sky, and they had The right amount of noise cancellation and installation the location, Internet reliable and free parking . It is fantastic. It's very close to the Old Town and the water , restaurants and. Shops. When I was at the Check in , there was a lady. I can't remember her name sadly, but she was very very professional, very patient. She explained all the details that I needed. Um, she was very smiley, even though I was arriving late, I would definitely stay there again.And I would prioritise this hotel over famous brands, I didn't get to use the spa or the swimming pool.I left early.I didn't try the breakfast.But the reception area looks like it's ready for that kind of events and service

We booked the sea view room that didn’t correspond to the pictures. Our room never gets direct sun light and you can see the “see view” in the pictures attached. We felt we paid more for something we didn’t get. To be fair, If you are looking for a random room you will love this hotel. As well on the checkin the staff took pictures , from their personal phone, to our ID cards. Once we noticed we asked them to delete them.
