Wonderful charming villa on the slopes above lake Ananuri. The hosts are fantastic, ready to help in every situation. The villa itself offers a marvellous garden and a swimming pool,all at full disposal of the guests. Furnitures and the overall architecture of the villa are stunning. Breakfast is of very high quality, as well as the bathroom. As a big plus, they let me park my motorbike inside the gate, and were so kind to get me wash my clothes for free (after many days of riding I needed some refreshments). Position is perfect to visit Kazbegi and Stepantsminda border area, and Shatili. All in all a wonderful experience for the 3 nights I spent there.

Very nice communal area, garden really great, not to far from the reservoir. Great breakfast.
We booked 2 rooms one was nice the second one was not very inviting. No fly screens.
