cleanliness and accessibility
The absence of an iron box and the most needed matchstick to light the gas.

The location was good. It was very close to Tram station and there was a Migros round around the corner
The floor was creaking and making sound all the time when someone is walking

Neighborhood and nearby bahn stop and ease of grocery shopping. Very calm and peaceful neighborhood.
Old building, doors and closets r stuck cannot open and if you pressurize to open it may break, also for everything they have said if you spoil you will be charged. Beds r not at all comfortable. But the manager service response is helpful and they try to help, owner should change the switches r cupboards to new ones and not scare ppl to be charged.
