Amazing balcony views to the lake, spacious quality rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast spread is also a plus!

Perfect walking location to everything we wanted to do. 2 minutes away from the Duomo and church. Very close to Ufizzi. Close to 3 different piazzas. Great communication with staff. The facility was beautiful and spacious. Double headed shower was a great bonus. It was about 6-8 minute walk to the train station. Ideal location.
The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. The room was a little stuffy until the last night and then it was great. Bed wasn’t that comfortable, but we were so tired, we crashed out.

Location is superb. Very clean. Great communication with staff. Lots of safe and high ceilings. Linens were comfortable and the double head spacious shower was nice. It was near 3 different piazzas and a less than 3 minute walk to the Duomo and Cathedral. 10 min walk to Ponte Vecchio bridge. About 6 minutes to the train station. Lots of great
Room A/C was’t that cooling. The bed wasn’t comfortable m but the linens were high quality.

no elevator. has to carry luggages upstairs. although common area provided hot pot, no plug. So someone took it to their own room and others can’t use it.
