Great value for money, in the perfect spot to explore the streets and alley ways of old Matera. With a perfect view of the lights as they come on in the Sassi. Comfortable and clean

A few things needed repairing a little tired.

The best thing about our stay was definitely the beautiful view from the balcony.

There was a very strong and unusual smell, which was particularly difficult for me as I have allergies. I generally did not feel comfortable during my stay because of it. The breakfast was also disappointing. We were given a voucher for a nearby café, where the included breakfast consisted only of a coffee and a croissant. We had to order additional food just to have a proper breakfast, and unfortunately, the quality of the extra food was not very good either. Considering that breakfast was advertised as «included», I did not feel that it was really a satisfying included breakfast.
