Great location, amaizing view to the lake and square. We stayed in a room with a terrace on the second floor, the room has everything you need. There are many restaurants on the square where you can have dinner every evening without repeating a place :)

too many instructions you should follow; very complex waste sorting. The trash collection schedule printed in the room didn't match reality. We relied solely on the labels on the bins that were put out. Trash pickup happens early in the morning - it acts like an alarm clock, especially when they’re hauling away glass.

Beautiful place just on lake, great view. The appartment very roomy, clean, well equipped. Very recommended!

No lift, no cars allowed during the day, so you need to take your luggage about 200 meters and then to the second floor.

Location is great: by the lake and Piazza del Popolo which has several nice restaurants. Apartment had small terrace outside where it was nice to sit in the evenings with glass of wine and watch people and listen to singers of restaurants across the piazza. Beds were good, even the sofa bed in living room. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed and there were some salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee to get started. Everything in appartement was clean and worked well. There was air conditioner in both rooms so we had good temperature even it was really hot outside. There is parking lot near (~100m / 1min), right outside of ZTE area. Also after parking lot, behind tennis courts there is pebble beach where we had refreshing swim. We had great stay and hope to have a change to stay again.

It as clean and tidy and nicely decorated.

Only 1 plug in the kitchen is a joke.
