Good views and good location. Did not have a key for the gate down at the bottom on Victoria Pde.Need an air conditioner in the bedroom. The only one in the living room could not keep up with the open plan to the dining and the kitchen and could not go around the corner at the back of it, to cool down the main bedroom.Great to see that there have been some upgrades such as new bedding, the installation of a dishwasher (thank goodness), smart tv and new blinds. Property manager was very good to deal with.

Great location and the best views that you get lost in time watching.
Clean, easy to get to everything in walking distance to town. Only bad thing I'd have to say is the bed was rock hard so I found it uncomfortable but otherwise it was perfect.

Not completely as advertised.. BBQ so dirty could not use, window in main bedroom split from frame, constant breeze like window permanently open.
