Hotel Salento Plaza

Perfect location, very clean, quiet place and lovely staff.

Everything was great.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is half a block from the centre which is far enough away to be quiet, and just a 1 minute walk away. It isn't on one of the horrendously steep hills which is a huge bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. That makes for a tough choice between good convenient food and trying out the amazing cafes nearby.

People can smoke in the garden area. It is far enough away not to be a major problem but did waft our way a occasionally.

Our stay at Hotel Plaza Salento far exceeded our expectations. The location is simply unbeatable—literally two steps away from the main square, making it perfect for exploring the town with total ease. A special thanks goes to Maurizio, a truly special host: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. He made us feel right at home. Huge credit also goes to the breakfast staff, who were absolute sweethearts and extremely kind. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared to order. Highly recommended—we will definitely be back!
