Beds were comfy, clean, great location and price with helpful staff.

The rooms are on the smaller size with not great lighting but I would still come back to this hotel despite this.

I like everything about the property, most especially how accommodating it was for my children. Plenty for them to do and keep them occupied.

The fact that we had to buy our own tea and coffee.

Great location, close to the Eiffel Tower, train stations, supermarket and shopping mall. The hotel had laundry on-site and lockers in case needed. The room was not super large but it was comfortable enough for two people, it had hangers, a folding table, and the bed and pillows were soft. Also, the hotel has a restaurant downstairs where you can pay for breakfast or have a nice lunch/dinner around the area.

The cleaning staff did not respect the “do not disturb” sign placed at our door. We had them entering our room 3x even though we had placed the sign outside asking them not to enter. One day they knocked on the door while we were inside the room, and after telling them not to disturb us, they still opened the door with their key and gave us clean towels and toilet paper. We were a little worried because the cleaning staff was mostly men and we were two women staying in the room alone. Nothing happened thankfully but a little concerning. I hope they get instructed better to respect future guests.

Affordable Seperate toilet and shower

The air conditioning wasn’t working in our room for 2 nights and then it died and smelt like sewerage. We were then moved to 2 seperate rooms. Elevator from street didn’t work so had to carry luggage up.
