Phòng khá rộng, sạch sẽ và view thoáng đẹp. Đồ ăn khách sạn cũng khá đa dạng. Menu theo set của nhà khá hợp lý cho gia đình muốn lựa chọn ăn ngay tại khách sạn mà ko cần di chuyển xa. Trừ menu nước ép chưa thực sự tương xứng với giá tiền. Nhân viên của khách sạn nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp.

Khách sạn đang sửa bể bơi nên cần cân nhắc việc mở cửa. Thợ sửa, khoan bên trên, bụi khoan bay lẫn cả xuống nước. Khách bơi kể cả người lớn nếu hít thẳng bụi này vào phổi thực sự là trải nghiệm ko nên có ở khách sạn 5 sao. Trong lúc khách bơi nhân viên liên tục dùng vợt vớt bẩn để vệ sinh bể, vừa ko đúng thời điểm, nhưng cũng ko hiệu quả, góc bể vẫn thấy màng váng bụi. Bãi biển cũng ko thực sự đẹp để tắm.

I liked the location, because it was close to amusement centres.

The facilities inside the property were limited, could do with more sports activities.

Ocean view was great with a view of the island and the cable cars. Restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent and had a huge selection. Staff was very friendly.

Room interior styling was a bit over the top with tacky classical French cliche elements. The spa was very expensive for Vietnamese standards and provided an unremarkable experience. I would not use it next time. When showering in the morning, the power cut out and that also made the water supply stop. I had to rinse myself off in the bathtub with cold water. After a few minutes the power was restored. Later I understood from the hotel manager that the city had a power outage and they switched to backup power for that reason, but apparently they can’t do this seamlessly. Still ironic that I could have a pleasant shower with hot water in my cheap Tam Coc hostel but not in the Vinpearl 5 star resort.
