No paper towels in the kitchen. No Tissue paper Needed a couple extra towels and bed sheets.

Superb location & spacious apartment. Lift was great too.

Hot water didn’t last long.. possibly shared between 2 apartments, so a few cold showers.

Veronika and staff arranged for our early check in when Tom was checked out at the hospital for a fall. She went "above and beyond" in accommodating our needs. Breakfast at KOGO was exceptional, a great way to start our day. The apartment was immaculate, the beds so comfy, plenty of towels, and necessities. Instant communication when we called the phone number to answer our questions. Awesome location and terrific restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at Residence St. Havel. ...absolutely made our trip to this beautiful city memorable! All in all, a wonderful stay! Thank you, Veronika and all!

Everything was spectacular.

Spacious and beds were comfortable

I was unhappy that we had to pay for lockers to store our luggage for a couple of hours. As there were 4 of us we had to purchase 2 lockers for the day when we just needed to use them for a couple of hours. I also didn’t enjoy the breakfast which we paid extra for. There wasn’t much choice.
