Reviewer Comments:
We really relaxed and enjoyed every minute of this vacation . Our room was wonderful and very comfortable ! It had everything we needed and felt like home. The two king beds were soooo comfortable and we slept so well. The kitchen had everything . We cooked in a few meals which is great to enjoy the beach longer some days. We appreciate the two chairs that come with the room I just wish we didn’t have to go down so early and sit a few hours until she came around to reserve them since it states you can’t reserve them with a towel. They took our name down in past years and they put it on our chairs . But it was still wonderful and we will be back next year ! This resort is a well kept secret. We love the family atmosphere !

Reviewer Comments:
The room was great, the beach rental service was excellent, and the facilities were clean and well-kept.Unfortunately, check-in was a disaster. We arrived at noon and asked about early check-in—something we understand isn’t always possible. But we weren’t let into our room until after 5 PM, which is well past the standard check-in time. When we called to check on the status, there was no apology or courtesy—just a cold reminder that we had “signed an agreement” acknowledging this could happen. The reason given was a “high turnover day.” If that’s expected, hire extra help. Instead, we watched multiple staff members sitting around or taking smoke breaks while guests waited for hours in the lobby. We don’t expect special treatment, but we do expect basic hospitality and respect for our time—especially when paying a premium price. Sadly, this experience soured the start of our trip. Would not stay here again.
