Plitvica River House

Fantastic location next to Plitvice National Park. Cozy, tastefully decorated, and comfortable country lodge. On site restaurant was excellent! Box lunch available for your park visit. Exceptional host and hospitality

Loved it all!

We stayed two nights at Plitvica River House as a family of four in August, and it was the highlight of our trip to Croatia. The host and his family are the most welcoming people we met during our travels. From the moment we arrived, we were received as guests in their home. The service is absolutely amazing, and among the very best I have experienced in a lifetime of travel. Every request was handled promptly, generously, and with remarkable care. We got great recommendations for our visit at the Plitvice Lake Park. The food was outstanding, all tasted fresh and refined and the deserts were always a wonderful surprise. This is the kind of service and food one would expect to find in a five-star hotel, combined with the warmth of a family home. The family room was comfortable and spacious enough for the four of us, and the location is ideal for visiting Plitvice Lakes. We cannot recommend Plitvica River House highly enough. The accommodation is lovely, and the hosts’ dedication to their guests is truly exceptional. We would return in a heartbeat.

Host is super helpful great location very close to the entry in Kwiat location. Rooms are very clean and pleasant. Excellent dinner ! Toni went out of his way to provide all the help instructions and tips to make our vacation as pleasant as possible

The location is amazing. Our hosts went above and beyond our expectations, especially with their communication and assistance with Plitvice National Park. They helped us to plan our two days out so that we would see the best areas of this beautiful park. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner on site and would highly recommend a stay here. We do recommend two nights to be able to enjoy everything there is to offer.

We did not have any issues or concerns with this lodging. Everything was perfect for us.
