HOTEL HILLARYS Akasaka

A very friendly welcome, clear information given about room, amenities, breakfast and lounge. We had a problem with the booking for our next hotel and they very kindly phoned the hotel in Kyoto to sort it out for usAlso they are storing our luggage until we are back in Tokyo. The room was very clean, the bedding and pyjamas were very soft and comfortable. The location is close to subway station, so multiple areas of tokyo accessible. Definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Outside of the normal touristic area's but still in a lively business and entertainment neighbourhood. Reaching everything is super easy by metro with 3 stations nearby. The cleaning and breakfast staff are both super friendly and the reception is super helpful (they helped us with luggage forwarding). The rooms are super clean and you get fresh towels every day.

we were out next to laundry / ice and vending machine - it was very noisy with people slamming the doors every night (room 415), also the toilet bidet was spoilt and even though we asked for it to be fixed it wasn’t over the week we stayed there
