The staff were very helpful and warm. Before the trip started, it was easy to communicate with them. The guests were also respectful, and easy going.

good location close to Kobe China town, staffs can speak English!
cleanliness should be improved, beddings are full with dust. We need to pass through the outdoor space from our room to the shower room, so it was quite cold in the morning.
