Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only

What really made my stay special is because the staff was so attentive and provided excellent service. The resort itself is so beautiful. It’s perfect for couples and also people who solo travel. It’s a very calm environment, but they also have moments of entertainment and lively activities. The food was amazing. Every restaurant I went to I enjoyed every dish. Special shoutout to my butler Denisee, who made my stay wonderful. One of the staff in the restaurants Giovani for setting up a beautiful birthday dinner for me. The wonderful bartenders at one of the pools, Pedro and Diana; who were super nice and make sure I always had a drink by the pool. I appreciate them all and I cannot wait to go back here again. I’m suggesting this resort to everyone that I know.

What I didn’t care for so much about the resort which isn’t really their fault is the amount of sargassum on the resort’s beach which caused the smell of the seaweed to linger inside. To be fair I went in September so that’s to be expected but other than that. No complaints.

Staff was wonderful. The birthday surprises were wonderful. I loved the room. Loved the offer of the photoshoot for my birthday. Gerardo with Iris Photography was THE BEST!!! Everyone was great!

The ONLY issue was the Sargassum seaweed smell. I know there is not much you can do about that, but it was a total bummer. I also wish someone called us on our last day when we missed the shuttle to the airport, but it's okay :)

The property was clean, beautiful and the staff especially Carlos were great. I liked that there were five or six restaurants right on the property with a variety of different food.

Unfortunately, the beach was unusable due to the red seaweed that was washed up on the beach. I’m guessing it might be a time of the year thing, not sure, but they wouldn’t have a beach if it was like that all the time.

The breakfast buffet was good. The pools were gorgeous. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Turndown service was excellent.

The rooms smelled of mildew. Most of the alcoholic drinks were not strong enough. Out of their control, but the seaweed on the beach created a bad smell all around the resort.
