Lovely little cottage with a nice sunny spot to sit out at the front. Cosy living room and good size kitchen with table. The bedrooms were large and beds extremely comfortable. Also 2 bathrooms with good showers. Great views. Good pub 5 minutes walk up the road.

Didn’t realise it was quite so far up a very steep hill. Thankfully we had a car. Would also have been nice to have had shower gel in the bathrooms and some salt and pepper in the kitchen. The booklet referred to a bookshelf which we didn’t see and although the living area was comfortable an extra lamp or 2 would have been nice.

The property had comfortable beds, nice seating outside with great views, Matlock is a lovely town with lots of places to go locally, milk/tea/coffee on arrival was a nice touch, throws to protect the furniture also welcome

Parking is fine for 1 car but tight for 2, Matlock is full of steep hills and the property is near the top of a steep hill, courtyard at the back of the property didn't have any seating so not a usable space

Lovely clean property with everything you need and more! Off road parking is great. Very comfortable beds!!

Property was great, slight issues with communication but it was soon sorted.

Location was quiet and pleasant. Property was clean and was fully equipped.

The handle of one of the bedrooms stuck which made it impossible to get out of the room, it was lucky we were with family who could open it from the outside. We were then unable to close the door for the rest of the stay. On the second day the TV went wrong meaning that we could hear it but did not get a picture. The parking spaces were quite difficult to get in and not really enough room for 2 cars unless they were very small ones which meant having to park across the road.
